Audit data is retained for 28 days. If you want to review older audit data you will need to upgrade to a paid plan.

What if I want more than 1 page on 1 site?

To audit more than 1 page you must upgrade to a paid plan. You can do this via the 'account' page once signed in.

Do I need to provide a credit card to use the free plan?

Nope. You can register for free. You only need to provide payment if you opt to upgrade to a paid plan.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Not at this time but we may introduce an annual discount in future.

How much notice do I need to give if I want to close my account?

SiteGauge is billed on a monthly basis so if you decide to leave you would be able to use your account up until the end of the month in which you notify us.

Other questions

Do I need to install anything to use SiteGauge?

Nope! SiteGauge runs audits by visiting a site and quering various third party services for data about the site, all without the need for you to change anything on the site. You just your site's details (name and URL). It doesn't even need to be a site you own.

What is a "test"?

SiteGauge runs a set of audits on your pages. Each time it does this it is considered a "test".

What is an "environment"?

SiteGauge's tests can be run against different device types (e.g. a mobile phone or a desktop computer) with different capabilities (e.g. speed of internet connection, CPU power). Each one counts as 1 environment.

What is the difference between a scheduled and an ad-hoc test?

SiteGauge can run automated tests of your sites and pages on a scheduled basis. This is how it can track quality over time. You can also manually run ad-hoc tests to get faster feedback on a change you may have made to a site.
