What we collect

We collect as little personal information as we can. We only capture what we need in order to let you login and to ensure proper running of the service.

When you sign-up you provide us with your email address, name, and a password. These details are needed so that we can identify you and let you sign in to use the service.

Each account has a name, which can be whatever you want it to be but is typically a company name. This is used to let you know you are signed-in to the correct account and to act as a collective title if you are auditing multiple sites.

Where we store data

All data held by SiteGauge is stored in databases on servers in the UK.

How we use your data

We don't share any of your personal information with with third parties but do hold it in sytems (e.g. a database) provided by our contracted service providers.

We perform no user tracking and pass no such information to others.

The web addresses (URLs) of the sites and pages you audit are passed to various service providers in order to complete the audits that SiteGauge provides. No information, other than that required to fufil the service, is provided to such suppliers.
